Sol, will be responsible for setting up corporate policy, and ongoing relationships with the division heads to oversee all Entertainment and Product Lines and specialties staff training and management, production enhancement, operation management along with strategic planning-competitor knowledge .
Sol founded and Chaired Nuvo Accessories ltd in the late 80’s, a market leader in the development, manufacturing, and sales of innovative products targeting multiple market segments on a simple but firm set of principles and practices, that translate into innovative products, and relentless pursuit of total quality control and steady eye on producing products that perform at retail.
Sol has managed and successfully has done $75 million in product sales and produced 10x inventory turns per year over a period of 15 years consistently. The Industry norms were 4x inventory turns and a 2x return on equity for the same time period. As busy as Sol is he still finds time giving back to the local community and other New York community projects, such as being appointed to local government and serves on community planning board of 12.
Sol, past and present is involved for developing State legislation to ensure a $100 Million loan fund for special needs schools. He also secured a joint venture partner to fund yearly operating expenses of $3 million dollars per year through June of 2026.
Sol is one of the founding committee/board members of Renewal since 2010. He also co-founded the Angel Fund/Exceed Network as a SBA Micro Lender and has been an active member since the organization’s inception in 2002.
In the position of Vice President and currently acting as Treasurer, as a senior job coach, Sol is involved in mentoring and preparing candidates for employment interviews.
Sol is also an educator with UJO/Williamsburg -Hebrew Free Loan Society develops programs and interpretive marketing and finance with the Microenterprise Program Coordinator.
Sol, graduated from the Citizens Police Academy of New York and continues to coordinate various community security issues with local leaders.
Mr. Wahba had served on the board of trustees of Teach NYS, a group devoted to furthering education in NY. Until it was merged with the Orthodox Union
Mr. Wahba, received his bachelor’s degree in 1986 from Baruch College where he majored in Marketing Management and minored in development in Sociology of large groups. He received his Master’s degree in 1995 in Strategic Planning from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland. He finished his MBA in International Business through the local campus at Manhattan College. He completed further intense Business Leadership education at The Aji Network.
Sol and his wife , along with their family of four girls, a son and grand kids reside in NY. Sol enjoys spending much of his free time with his family.
